Chef Shane Smith features Butler’s Organic Eggs in his Advent Calendar

Irish Master Pastry Chef, Shane Smith has nearly 20 years’ experience working in some of Ireland’s most celebrated pastry kitchens and we are delighted he chose Butler’s Organic Eggs to feature in his 2020 Christmas Advent calendar. The calendar features beautiful recipes showcasing some of Irelands top quality artisan produce. Shane is a regular contributor to “The Today Show” on RTE One & Weekend Am on Virgin Media Ireland. Shane is also frequently featured in well-known national publications such as The Irish Times, Irish Independent, Food & Wine and The Business Post.

It is an honour for us to be recognised by such highly acclaimed chefs and makes all our hard work producing Ireland’s finest organic eggs while ensuring top-quality welfare for our birds and contributing to a better environment worthwhile.
